Foundation Repairs

We are Washington state certified to install Xi2 foundation systems. We install all systems to seismic code. If your house foundation doesn't pass final HUD engineered inspection before selling, we can expedite the repairs for you. 

Is your foundation un-level? We have the tools and knowledge to fix that. We currently only relevel manufactured homes in CONJUCTION with other projects. (Replacing windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms or any other repair that would require leveling)

Leveling is a two part process, first is the inspection which is a 2 - 3 hours inspection. (Inspection fee for check level) 

Second is the leveling, which depending on what needs to be fixed, how much crawl space we have to work in, can take a day or two to fix. 

(Leveling prices are based on many factors and prices aren't available until after we come out to check level)
